Terms and Conditions
Logistics
About a week prior to the workshop for which you registered, you will be contacted by email or by phone with more logistical details including directions to the location, what to bring, how meals are arranged, etc. A pot-luck lunch will be served on the first day of the workshop. Please bring a dish serving 8 to 10 people in order to participate. If you have any questions, please email info@selfacceptance.us. You may also call the contact telephone number listed for your preferred workshop location for more details about that location.
Online registrations will be notified by the email address associated with the Paypal transaction. Mail registrations will be contacted via the phone number or email address included with the check received by mail.
Cancellations and Refunds
Payments for single Weekend Workshops or single One-Day Workshops may be cancelled and refunded until 10 days prior to the training.
Payments for Professional Training and Ongoing Groups are non-refundable.
Scholarships
A few partial scholarships are available for each workshop, including the professional training. Call Cherie for details at 415-897-5997.
Privacy Policy
Cherie will not give or sell any registrant’s personal billing and contact information to anyone outside of her professional practice. Only Cherie and her staff, which includes a designated local workshop contact for each city, have access to registrants’ personal contact information. This information is used for the following purposes:
1) To update you on upcoming workshops and related events,
2) To remind you of the workshop in which you are registered, and
3) To inform you about the logistics and particulars of your workshop.

To register, mail a check or money order payable to ‘Cherie McCoy’, to the following address:

Novato, CA 94947-3058 Be sure to include the following details so that we may respond to you with the workshop/event address:
- The date and location for the workshop(s) you want to attend.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
If you are mailing your payment for a 6-Month Professional Training or Ongoing Group, payment may be made with either:
- One check made with total amount
- Or a series of six post-dated checks, one per each weekend
With professional training, payment is on a tuition basis and thus non-refundable.
